Wondering if this valve is okay to use with a standard truck hydraulic system?

These Danfoss/Eaton truck valves are indeed designed for trucking applications, so they should work well with your system, assuming it operates within the specified pressure and temperature ranges. Just make sure it's not for natural gas, LPG, nuclear, or aircraft use, as it's not intended for those.

these got Buna-N o-rings in em already or do i need to source seals separate?

Buna-N o-rings come included as part of the valve assembly. No need to track down seals separately before putting them to work.
