got a 30 inch stroke setup, how long is this cylinder pin-to-pin when it’s tucked in and when it’s all the way out?

Fully retracted it measures 40.25 inches pin to pin, and fully extended it measures 70.25 inches pin to pin.

got a loader arm that needs a 30-inch stroke and runs at 2500 PSI, this cylinder rated for that kind of pressure all day?

2500 PSI is exactly the maximum operating pressure rating on this cylinder, so you're right at the ceiling. For continuous or high-cycle work, running a little below that limit is generally the smarter call to keep things lasting. The rod is induction hardened and chrome plated, and every unit goes through both static and dynamic pressure testing before it ships, so it's built for real working conditions, not just spec sheet numbers.
