trying to swap out a -3 hose, are the dimensions on this one more like 100R7 even though it says 100R8?

It is built with SAE 100R8 performance but kept to SAE 100R7 dimensions for fitting versatility. For the -3 size, the ID is 0.1875 inch (about 0.19) and the OD is 0.432 inch.
