what seals come on this thing, and are they gonna hold up in a system running straight hydraulic oil?

Three seal options are available depending on your temperature needs. Buna-N covers the range of -4°F to 195°F, Viton runs from -4°F up to 392°F, and EPDM handles -40°F to 302°F. All three are listed as compatible with hydraulic oils and mineral-based fluids, so any of those seal materials should hold up fine in a standard hydraulic oil system. If you're running something outside that fluid type, you'd want to verify compatibility before committing.
