got a tight little run on a machine, how sharp can i bend this hose without kinkin it up?

For routing, the minimum bend radius is 1.5 inches. Keeping your bend at or above that radius helps prevent kinking and protects the stainless single wire braid.

The minimum bend radius for this hose is 1.5 inches. Bending it tighter than that could damage it.

Running this on a compressor discharge line that sees some pretty serious heat. What's the upper temp limit on this hose, and is it actually built for that kind of duty?

Up to 500 degrees F is the rated ceiling on this one, so compressor discharge is well within its range. The extruded PTFE tube handles the heat without breaking down, and the stainless steel single wire braid keeps things from getting away from you pressure-wise. Rated to 3000 PSI, so thermal and pressure demands like that are exactly what it was built around.
