does this valve come with the housing and coil, or is that all sold separate?

Just the cartridge itself is included here. The housing and coil are both sold separately. You'll need a C-10-2 cavity housing, and the coil that fits is the J Series 20 Watt. Make sure you have both before you go to install it, otherwise you won't have everything you need to get it running.
