Will this here valve work on my wood splitter?

This Eaton Vickers solenoid valve is suitable for mobile and industrial applications, including harvesters and refuse haulers. It's built to handle high pressures, so it should work in a wood splitter system if the specs line up.

got a SV13-20-C-0-00 here, but i dont see a coil with it. is that normal or am i missing something

Coil and housing are not included with this cartridge valve. It is the screw-in cartridge only, and it needs a C-20-2 cavity housing plus a compatible H series coil (10 series, 29 W) to run.

valve shows up without a coil or housing, is that normal or did something get left out of my order?

That's how it ships. The cartridge itself is what you're getting here. The C-20-2 cavity housing and the coil are both sold as separate items. You'll need to order those on their own to put together a complete working assembly. The coil series compatible with this one is the H series, and the coil wattage runs 29 watts on the 10 series side. Worth making sure you've got all three pieces lined up before you go to install it.
