What kind of fittings work with this Sunrise air hose?

Shank or universal type fittings work well here. You'll want to attach them with pinch clamps, preformed clamps, or bolt clamps to make sure they stay put.

this hose rated for anything beyond just air, or is it strictly pneumatic use?

Air is the primary use, but water transfer is also listed as a supported application. What it's not suited for is petroleum contact, meaning no gasoline, oils, or greases running through it or sitting on the outer cover for any length of time. The SBR construction will break down with that kind of exposure, and fittings can eventually blow off if it gets bad enough. Stick to air and water and you'll get solid service out of it.
