Reckon these'll hold up alright in a hydraulic splitter I'm fixin'?

These Buna-N quattro rings are a good fit for hydraulic cylinders. The Buna-N material works well with petroleum-based hydraulic fluids and handles temperatures from -40°F to 240°F.

these quad rings, are they gonna hold up in a hydraulic cylinder running petroleum-based fluid, or do i need something different for that?

Buna-N is a solid match for petroleum-based hydraulic fluids, so you're in good shape there. The four-lobed profile on these also helps cut down on spiral twist in reciprocating applications like cylinders, which is one of the bigger failure points with standard O-rings in that kind of duty. As long as your temps stay in the range of -40°F to 240°F, these should perform reliably in that environment.
