Got a cylinder with a 5-inch bore that needs a new piston seal, this the right fit for that?

For a 5.00-inch bore, yes, that lines up correctly. The piston diameter this seal is built around is 4.999 inches, and the groove diameter is 4.44 inches with a groove width tolerance of plus or minus 0.002 inches. Just make sure your groove dimensions match before installing. One thing worth knowing: the piston diameter spec here assumes no wear rings are present, so if your piston runs wear rings, those dimensions may not apply directly.
