Got a cylinder with a 2-inch bore that needs a new piston seal. Will this one drop right in, or is there more to fitting it than just the bore size?

For a 2-inch bore cylinder, the piston diameter this seal is built around is 1.999 inches, with a tolerance of +0 to -0.005 inches. The groove it sits in needs to be 1.69 inches in diameter. One thing worth knowing is that those piston diameter figures assume you're running without wear rings. If your setup uses wear rings, that dimension won't apply the same way. Get those numbers to match up and you'll have a solid fit.

That's right, this Style 1800 piston seal is made for a 2-inch bore diameter. It's also got a 1.69-inch groove diameter, so be sure to check that measurement too.
