Reckon this seal will fit my piston if it's sittin' right at 3.25 inches?

This Style 1600 seal is made for a 3.25-inch bore. The listed bore tolerance is plus or minus 0.001 inches, so if your piston is exactly 3.25 inches, it should be a good fit.

i got a 3.25 bore cylinder, will this Style 1600 seal fit the groove right?

The 15% glass-filled PTFE construction paired with a rubber energizer gives it solid resistance to deformation under pressure. For a standard 3.25 inch bore with a piston diameter of 3.249 inches, this seal fits right in without wear rings, which is worth knowing before you go cutting any grooves.
