got a 1-1/4 rod, is this the right stop bushing or am i off a size

It matches a 1-1/4 inch rod and the bushing itself is sized at 2-1/4 inch outside diameter with a 1 inch width.

This stop bushing is made to fit a 1-1/4" rod. The listed dimensions are a 2-1/4" outer diameter and 1" width.

That's what this bushing is made for. It's sized specifically for 1-1/4 inch rods, with a 2-1/4 inch outer diameter and a 1 inch width. Midway Mfg Co. makes it, and the part number is SB125-100 if you need to cross-reference it. Should drop right in where a stop bushing of those dimensions is called for.
