got a -10 1 wire braid teflon hose, will this straight end screw into a 1/2-14 NPT port?

fitting says reusable, does that mean I can pull it off one hose and put it on a fresh one without buying a whole new fitting?

That's what reusable means here. You can disassemble it, swap it onto a new -10 Teflon hose, and reinstall it. No mandrel is needed for the process either, which keeps things straightforward when you're doing maintenance in the field.
