Got a -04 hose I'm trying to hook up with a JIC 37 degree flare connection, this straight fitting gonna work for that?

That's what this one's built for. It's a straight reusable fitting sized for -04 hose with a 7/16-20 female JIC 37 degree flare swivel on the end. The swivel feature gives you a little flexibility when tightening into your port without twisting the hose. Steel construction, so it holds up in working hydraulic systems without much fuss.
