need a 90 degree swivel for a -06 teflon hose, is this the right one or am i off a size

The key callouts on this one are a -06 hose end and a 5/8-18 female JIC 37 degree flare swivel on the other side, built as a 90 degree elbow. If your hose is a -06 Teflon hose with 1 wire braid and you need that 5/8-18 JIC female swivel in a 90, it matches those sizes.
