trying to replace a fitting i’ve got here, is this one the straight -08 teflon reusable with a 3/4-16 female jic swivel?

fitting is for -08 hose size, but what's the thread on the other end where it connects to the port or component?

The port end runs a 3/4-16 thread with a JIC 37 degree flare swivel configuration. That's a female JIC end, so it'll mate up to a male 37 degree flare fitting on your component or valve. The swivel feature lets you rotate the fitting during installation without twisting the hose, which saves a lot of headache when you're working in tight quarters.

-08 hose is exactly what this fitting is built for. The end connection is a 3/4-16 female JIC 37-degree flare swivel, and the hose end is sized for -08. End size comes in at 0.75 inch, so as long as your hose matches that dash size, you're good to go.
