i’ve got a -03 teflon hose, will this straight reusable end fit it and what thread is on the swivel side

It’s a reusable steel fitting made for -03 hose size, and it’s a straight style. On the swivel end you’re getting a 3/8-24 female JIC 37 degree flare connection.

The key callout is the hose size. This one is built for -03 hose and uses a 1.04 inch hose cutoff length, so it matches a -03 Teflon hose setup that’s cut to that cutoff.

fitting says no mandrel required -- does that mean I can just cut the hose and thread this thing on without any special tools?

For a reusable fitting like this one, that's exactly right. The hose gets cut to length at 1.04 inches for the cutoff measurement, and the fitting threads on without needing a mandrel press or any shop press equipment. It's a straightforward field assembly, which is a big part of why reusable fittings get used in maintenance and repair situations where a full shop setup isn't available.

This fitting is made to be reusable with one-wire braid Teflon hose, so it should work as long as the hose size is -03.
