trying to replace an old -06 hose end, is this one the 9/16-18 female JIC swivel with the 37 degree flare?

fitting says it's reusable, what exactly does that mean for a 90 degree elbow like this? does it just mean i can swap it to a new hose without buying another fitting?

No mandrel is required during installation, and no thread sealant is needed on the JIC end, which keeps the process straightforward.
