Got a 1-1/4 inch male NPT port on a manifold block and need to drop down to half inch for a smaller line. This bushing do that job?

That's what it's built for. The male end threads into your 1-1/4-11-1/2 NPT port, and the female end accepts a 1/2-14 NPT fitting or pipe on the other side. Brennan machines the threads to pretty tight tolerances, so you get a solid connection without needing tape or sealant to make it seal up right.
