got a setup with 3/8-18 male npt and i need to step it down to 1/8-27 female npt, is this the right bushing?

Function-wise, that is exactly what this adapter does. It is a steel reducer bushing with a 3/8-18 male NPT on the outside and a 1/8-27 female NPT on the inside.
