Steel Metric Flareless Fitting, 16.00 mm S Series Union Swivel Elbow

For a 16.00 mm metric tube in the S Series, this part is a union swivel elbow, so it’s meant to join tube connections at a 90 degree turn and includes a swivel union end to make alignment easier during assembly.

The swivel function on this style of fitting lets you rotate the tube end to get your line running the direction you need before you lock things down. It takes a good bit of the frustration out of tight installations where you can't easily reposition the whole assembly. Once torqued to spec, the swivel is set and the joint holds position.
