Got a line running ORS fittings but the male and female ends ain't the same thread size. this adapter gonna bridge that gap without me having to swap out the whole assembly?

That's what it's built for. One end is a 1-7/16-12 male O-ring face seal and the other is a 1-11/16-12 female O-ring face seal, so it transitions between those two mismatched thread sizes in a straight inline run. Both ends use the face seal design, which keeps things tight and leak-free without relying on thread contact alone to hold the seal. At 2.69 inches overall length, it stays pretty compact for what it does.
