Running a 3/8 line into a tee but need both branch and run to drop down to 1/4 inch, this fitting do that in one shot?

That's what it's built for. The run side takes a 3/8-18 male NPT connection, and both the run and branch on the other end are 1/4-18 female NPT. trying to step a 3/8 npt line down to 1/4 on a tee, is that what this fitting does

For a run connection, it goes from a 3/8-18 male NPT on one end to 1/4-18 female NPT on the other end, and the branch port is also 1/4-18 female NPT. It is a tee meant to reduce both the run and the branch to 1/4-18 female NPT.
