got a tee with two male ends and one female. is this one 1/2 npt all the way around or am i missin somethin?

For this tee, all three ports are 1/2-14 NPTF. Ends 1 and 2 are male, and the branch (end 3) is female, all at the same 1/2 size.

This Eaton Aeroquip tee adapter is made with NPTF (National Pipe Taper Fuel) internal and external pipe threads, which are designed to provide a more leak-free seal than standard NPT threads.

trying to tee off a 1/2 pipe thread line, is this the one thats 1/2-14 male run and a 1/2-14 female branch?

Function-wise, it is a steel tee adapter set up as a 1/2-14 male NPT on the run with a 1/2-14 female NPT on the branch. It’s part of the Danfoss/Eaton 2256 Series tee and y adapters that use NPTF external pipe threads and NPTF internal pipe threads.

Both the run ports and the branch port are 1/2-14 NPT. The male run end and the female branch are the same size, so you're working with a consistent 1/2-14 thread throughout. Dimension A runs 1.49 inches and dimension B is 1.23 inches, which should help you confirm fitment in tighter spaces before you commit to the install.
