Got a tee fitting that needs to split off a 3/8 NPT line, male run on one end and a female branch port. This the right part for that?

That's what this one handles. The run side is 3/8-18 male NPT and the branch comes off as 3/8-18 female NPT, so you can tap into a line without needing extra couplings or reducers.
