Been looking for a straight pipe-to-pipe adapter for some instrumentation lines we got running off a hydraulic manifold. This a 1/4 NPT male on one end and female on the other, or am I reading that wrong?

You're reading it right. One end is 1/4-18 male NPT and the other is 1/4-18 female NPT, both straight through with no size reduction. It's a pass-through style adapter, so it's useful when you need to extend a line, change a fitting orientation, or bridge a gap between components that can't connect directly. Grease systems, instrumentation lines, and general hydraulic setups all fall within what this part is rated for.

this adapter can be used in grease applications as well as instrumentation and most hydraulic systems.
