got a tight spot on a line, is this the kind of 90 elbow that lets you aim it where you need it before you snug it down?

With the NPSM external pipe swivel on one side and an NPTF internal pipe on the other, it’s made to give you a 90 degree turn while the swivel end helps with alignment during hookup. It’s a common way to get the elbow pointed right without fighting the whole assembly.
