So for a pulp mill setup, you're in the right territory with this one. It's an Eaton Aeroquip 2089 Series adapter, NPTF on both ends, 3/4-14 male to 3/4-14 female at a 90-degree angle.

Function-wise, yes. It is a 90 degree steel elbow adapter with 3/4-14 male NPT on one end and 3/4-14 female NPT on the other, using NPTF external pipe to NPTF internal pipe threads.
