trying to swap out a bent fitting on my line, is this one the kind that goes 1/4-19 male JIS 30 flare over to a 1/4-19 female JIS swivel, 90 degree?

The female end on this fitting is a swivel, so it stays rotatable even after the connection is made. That's the whole point of the swivel design.
