trying to swap a fitting out, is this one the straight adapter that goes from #12 male o-ring face seal to a #12 female JIC swivel?

Built as a straight ORFS to JIC adapter, it connects a #12 male O Ring Face Seal end with 1-3/16-12 threads to a #12 female JIC 37 degree flare swivel end with 1-1/16-12 threads.
