got a hose end that’s #10 JIC swivel, is this the piece that’ll mate up to a #10 ORFS male port?

For tying those two styles together, it’s a straight adapter with a 1-14 male O-ring face seal on one side and a 7/8-14 female JIC 37° flare swivel on the other. It’s commonly called a #10 MORS to #10 FJ connection.

Got a fitting here that's 1-14 male O-ring face seal on one end and need to hook it to a 7/8-14 female JIC swivel, this the one that does that straight through without no angle to it?

That's what this one does. One end is 1-14 male O-ring face seal and the other is 7/8-14 female JIC 37 degree flare swivel, and the body runs straight through with no offset or angle. If your line runs in a direction where a straight adapter works, this fits right in without needing any elbow or bent fitting in between.
