Product Questions & Answers

trying to swap out a tee on my hydraulic line, what threads are on each end of this one?
Question by: Daryl A on Aug 20, 2025, 7:10 AM
On the run and the branch, all three ends are 1-1/16-12 male threads. The tee is a straight thread O-ring boss to 37 degree flare style adapter, with a 0.75 tube O.D. callout.

trying to tee off a line, are all three ends on this adapter 1-1/16-12 and what styles are they
Question by: Neil C on Mar 26, 2025, 8:55 AM
All three ports are 1-1/16-12 thread size. The run side is 1-1/16-12 Male SAE O-Ring Boss straight thread, and the run and the branch are 1-1/16-12 Male JIC 37 degree flare connections.

What exactly is this tee adapter used for?
Question by: Rusty F on May 1, 2025, 10:17 AM
This adapter is used in hydraulic, instrumentation, and chemical processing systems to connect three lines. It's set up as a run and branch tee, which means it has one inlet and two outlets.

got a tee fitting I'm trying to sort out for a hydraulic line split, one side needs to thread into an SAE O-ring boss port and the other two runs need JIC 37 degree flare connections. this the right part for that setup?
Question by: Wade P on Oct 14, 2025, 9:25 AM
That's exactly what this fitting is built for. The run port threads are 1-1/16-12 Male JIC 37 degree flare on both sides, and the inlet is 1-1/16-12 Male SAE O-ring Boss straight thread. So you get one ORB end going into your port and two JIC male ends for your line connections off the tee. All three connections are the same thread size, which keeps things clean if you're working with matched hose assemblies or tube fittings throughout.
