got a tight spot on a hose run, is this the 45 elbow that goes from 9/16-18 ORB to 9/16-18 JIC?

For a bend in the line, it’s a 45 degree elbow adapter with a 9/16-18 male SAE O-Ring Boss on one end and a 9/16-18 male JIC 37 degree flare on the other.

Eaton Aeroquip lists this adapter for use in marine and military equipment, chemical processing, pulp and paper use, food and beverage processing, and offshore drilling. That covers a pretty wide range of demanding environments, so if your application falls into any of those categories you're in good shape.

Given its applications include chemical processing, this adapter should perform as expected in that environment. Eaton Aeroquip specifically lists chemical processing plants as a suitable application.
