trying to replace a hex plug on an ORB port, is this the one with the 7/16-20 male thread?

Seal part 22617-4 comes included with this adapter, so you won't need to track one down separately. That's the O-ring matched to the 7/16-20 thread, and it's already accounted for in the package.
