Trying to replace a tee on a skid, what threads are on each side of this adapter?

On the run, it goes from a 1-1/4-11-1/2 male NPTF to a 1-5/8-12 male JIC 37 degree flare. The branch is another male NPTF end.

Will this work with standard NPT fittings, or is it something special?

This adapter has a 1-1/4-11-1/2 Male NPT run, so it should work with other standard NPT fittings of the same size. It also has a 1-5/8-12 Male JIC 37 deg Flare run and branch for connecting to those types of fittings.
