Got a line running 3/4 NPT male coming off a pump and need to tie into a JIC 37 degree flare fitting on the other end. this adapter cover that transition?

That's exactly what this fitting handles. One end is 3/4-14 male NPT and the other is 1-1/16-12 male JIC with a 37 degree flare seat, so it bridges those two thread types in a single straight adapter.
