Got a bulkhead fitting that needs to go from NPT pipe thread on one side to a JIC flare connection on the other, this the right part for that?

That's what this adapter is built for. One end is 1/4-18 Male NPT and the other is 9/16-18 Male JIC 37 degree flare, so it bridges those two thread types in a straight, bulkhead-style configuration.
