Trying to hook a pipe port up to a JIC line. is this the straight adapter that goes from 1-1/4-11-1/2 male NPTF over to 1-5/16-12 male JIC 37 flare?

Function-wise, yes. It is a straight steel adapter with a 1-1/4-11-1/2 male NPT on one end and a 1-5/16-12 male JIC 37 degree flare on the other, so it’s meant to bridge a pipe-thread NPT connection to a JIC 37 degree flare connection.

That's what this one's built for. One end is 1-1/4-11-1/2 male NPT and the other is 1-5/16-12 male JIC 37 degree flare, so it bridges those two thread types in a straight configuration without any angle or offset. Both ends are male, so make sure your mating connections are female on both sides before ordering.

The "A" dimension, which I believe is the widest point, is 2.4 inches. So make sure you have a bit more than that to work with.
