trying to replace an old fitting, is this one straight male npt over to male jic flare, or am i reading it wrong

It’s a straight steel adapter with a male NPTF pipe thread on one end and a male SAE 37 degree (JIC) flare on the other. The NPTF side is 1-1/4-11-1/2 and the JIC flare side is 1-1/16-12.
