got a line with 1-1/4-11-1/2 npt on it. is this the elbow that’ll let me turn 90 and go into a jic flare?

Yes, it’s a 90 degree steel adapter that goes from a 1-1/4-11-1/2 male NPT thread on one end to a 1-1/16-12 male JIC 37 degree flare on the other.

got a hose end with a 1-1/16-12 jic flare and the port is 1-1/4-11-1/2 npt. is this the right 90 elbow to tie those together?

For that combo, yes. One end is 1-1/4-11-1/2 male NPT and the other end is 1-1/16-12 male JIC 37 degree flare, built as a 90 degree elbow for turning the line in tight spots.
