Got a 1/4 NPT port on a hydraulic block and need to run a JIC line off it at a right angle, this the kind of fitting that handles that?

That's what this one is built for. One end threads into a 1/4-18 NPT port, and the other connects to a 1/2-20 JIC 37-degree flare line, with the 90-degree elbow giving you that right-angle direction change. It's from Eaton Aeroquip's 2024 series, so the construction is solid steel. Works well in tight spaces where a straight adapter just won't give you the routing you need.
