Hey, would this fitting work to hook up a pressure gauge with a 1/4" NPT connection to a hydraulic line that's using a 7/16-20 JIC fitting?

This adapter is made to connect exactly those two types of fittings. It has a 1/4-18 Male NPT on one side and a 7/16-20 Female JIC 37-degree flare swivel on the other.
