got a bulkhead tee setup already, are all three ends on this one 9/16-18 male JIC 37 flare?

All three connections are 9/16-18 male JIC 37 degree flare. It is a bulkhead branch tee, so you have one bulkhead branch plus a run and a branch, all in the same 9/16-18 JIC flare size.

What kind of systems is this tee adapter actually built for? Like is it just hydraulic lines or can it handle other stuff too?

Hydraulic is the main use, but it also works in instrumentation and chemical processing systems. The 37 degree JIC flare fitting style is common across all three of those applications, so the adapter handles more than just straight hydraulic lines. Just make sure your line connections match the 9/16-18 thread size on all three ports before you order.
