been trying to track down a 90 degree bulkhead elbow that'll connect two JIC 37 flare lines of the same size without a bunch of adapters stacked up, this the one for that?

For same-size JIC connections in a tight or panel-mounted situation, this fits the bill. Both ends are 7/8-14 male JIC 37 degree flare, and the 90 degree elbow geometry lets you route the line at a right angle while the bulkhead configuration locks it through a panel or bracket. No stacking, no intermediate fittings.
