Will this elbow adapter work for a hydraulic setup on my fishing boat?

i’ve got two 9/16-18 JIC lines and need to turn one of em 90 degrees, is this the right elbow adapter?

runs on both ends being the same size fitting, is that right for a 9/16-18 JIC on each side, or am i reading this wrong?

Both ends are identical on this one. You've got 9/16-18 male JIC 37 degree flare on each side, so it's a same-size male-to-male elbow, not a reducer or transition fitting. That 90 degree bend is what makes it useful when you need to turn a line direction without threading in an extra piece or fighting a hose around a tight corner.
