both ends on this are the same 7/16-20 JIC thread right? just want to make sure before i order

Correct on both counts. Each end carries a 7/16-20 male JIC 37-degree flare thread, so you're working with a same-size union configuration. The 45-degree elbow angle is what changes direction in the line, not the thread size. It also comes with the bulkhead nut included, which handles panel or plate mounting without needing a separate hardware order.
