both ends are the same thread size on this one, right? just want to make sure before i order, need 1-11 BSPP male on each side

Correct on both ends. The 9000-16-16 has 1-11 male BSPP threads on each side, making it a straight union that connects two female BSPP ports of the same size. No reducers or adapters needed on either end.
