both ends on this are 1/4-19 BSPP threads, right? just want to make sure im not mixing up sizes before i order

Correct on both counts. One end is a 1/4-19 male BSPP and the other is a 1/4-19 adjustable male BSPP, so the thread size is the same across both connections. The adjustable end gives you the ability to set the orientation once you're fitting it into place, which comes in handy when you're working in a tight spot and need the elbow pointed a specific direction.

Will this fitting work with standard BSPP threads, or does the adjustable end change things?

This adapter is designed to connect a standard 1/4-19 Male BSPP thread to a 1/4-19 Adjustable Male BSPP thread. The adjustable end maintains BSPP compatibility.
