got a line i need to cap off, is this the right one if my fitting is 5/16-24?

The key callout on this cap is the 5/16-24 thread. If the port or fitting you are capping uses a 5/16-24 JIC 37 degree flare connection, this is the matching cap style.

got a 5/16-24 JIC line I need to plug off on a hydraulic circuit, this cap gonna work for that?
